Overview

Asthma is one of the most common chronic health conditions in Australia, and a severe flare-up can become life threatening within minutes. Knowing what to do gives you the confidence to act.

This nationally accredited course equips you with the skills to manage asthma risks and respond to asthma emergencies, from recognising warning signs and common triggers to providing asthma first aid with reliever medication in line with an asthma action plan.

It's ideal for workplaces, schools and early childhood services, sporting clubs and community groups. Asthma training can also be combined with our anaphylaxis course in a single session, just ask when booking.
